THOMPSON, Judge.

Claimant appeals an order entered pursuant to his petition for modification. Claimant contends the deputy commissioner (deputy) erred in finding no change in his psychiatric condition and in finding he was bound by the August 14, 1980 order, which found claimant had no psychiatric impairment. The employer/carrier (E/C) filed a cross-appeal and contend that the deputy erred in finding that claimant’s neck complaints and disability were causally related to his compensable accident and in awarding medical treatment for the neck injury.
