The respondents, who April 12, 1938, served as judges and clerks of election in the 58th precinct of the 24th ward of Chicago, have been tried and found guilty of contempt of court for alleged misbehavior as such primary judges or clerks. (See Laws of 1927, p. 459, § 17; Smith Hurd Ann. Stats., ch. 46, par. 381, p. 709; Ill. Rev. Stat. 1939, ch. 46, § 17, par. 381 [Jones Ill. Stats. Ann. 43.400].)
