RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Mary L. Landry was indicted in the United States District Court for the District of Maine on nine counts involving wire fraud, aggravated identity theft and social security fraud. 1 The district court held a two-day trial, and the jury returned a guilty verdict on all nine counts.
