The Lincoln Circuit Court denied appellant’s motion for release based upon his contention that he had been denied a speedy trial. Appellant has brought this interlocutory appeal from denial of his motion to dismiss. We will treat the appeal as a Petition for Writ of Prohibition. Appellant urges he is entitled to a dismissal of the charges with prejudice as required by Rules of the Criminal Procedure, Rules 27 through 30.
