Plaintiff insurer commenced this declaratory judgment action seeking to have its liability determined on a standard automobile liability insurance policy issued by it to one Isaac Coaxum. The Complaint alleges that on or about April 16, 1964 the insured vehicle of Isaac Coaxum became inoperable and was left at a repair agency until some time after June 13, 1964.
