At a fully contested general court-martial, a panel of officer and enlisted members found the appellant guilty of conspiracy to commit larceny, wrongful possession of marijuana, larceny, removal of property to prevent seizure, and solicitation to commit larceny in violation of Articles 81, 112a, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 912a, 921, and 934 [hereinafter UCMJ].
