State v. Ferre

¶1 This appeal stems from 1993 criminal charges in Cause No. DC-93-10893 (Cause No. 10893) against David John Ferre. Ferre’s resulting 1994 sentence required, among other things, that he pay restitution to his assault victim and pay the uninsured portion of his 1994 detox treatments provided by St. Patrick’s Hospital.
