Prison Health Services, Inc. (PHS) provides medical services to persons incarcerated at certain state correctional centers, including Greensville Correctional Center, pursuant to a contract with the Virginia Department of Corrections (VDOC). In 2005, Oludare Ogunde was an inmate at Greensville Correctional Center. Acting pro se, Ogunde filed a motion for judgment against PHS and its employees Katie M.
