ORDER

CLARKE, District Judge.

This matter is before the Court on appeal from the decision of the bankruptcy court overruling a chapter 7 debtor’s objection to the Trustee’s Final Report. For the reasons set forth below, the decision is AFFIRMED.

BACKGROUND

At the hearing on this motion, the bankruptcy court found the following facts to be true. On July 21, 1989, the Appellant-Debtor, Judith Boyd Terjen, filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy, under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
