Although the learned justices of the Appel-
late Division certified that a question of law was involved in this action which in their opinion ought to be reviewed by the Court of Appeals, they wrote no opinion and did not point out the question of • law. As there was no exception taken to the charge, and the judgment of the trial court was unanimously affirmed, we are confined on this review to the exceptions relating to evidence.
