Plaintiffs are trustees, participants, and an employee organization representing participants in Eastern Airlines’ (“Eastern”) employee pension benefit plan (the “Plan”), established under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq.
