OPINION
DUGGAN, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order entered under Tex.Fam.Code Ann. § 54.02(a) (Ver*773non Supp.1991), transferring jurisdiction over appellant, T.D., from the district court, sitting as a juvenile court, to the criminal district court. Tex.Fam.Code Ann. § 56.01(c)(1)(A) (Vernon Supp.1991). We affirm.
