—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Ain, J.), rendered December 5, 1986, convicting him of robbery in the first degree, assault in the second degree, resisting arrest, escape in the first degree, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
