Defendant Pago Dealer Rental Services (“PDRS”) moves to dismiss Plaintiffs Estate of Fa'atuputala Iona (“the Estate”) and unborn child from the instant action. Plaintiffs Fuatai Iona (“Iona”), the Estate, and unborn child brought the complaint as a result of a vehicle accident that allegedly occurred in early 2002.
