WOODS, District Judge.

This litigation concerns the forfeiture of Eighty-Six Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty Dollars ($86,480.00) by the United States. The District Judge 1 upheld the validity of the forfeiture against the contention of the owner, Robert B. Quinlan, Jr., that the money was seized during an illegal search and without probable cause. We affirm. The facts surrounding the seizure of the money are not in serious dispute. Undercover law enforcement agents posing as sellers arranged a large marijuana transaction with one Boles.
