On July 9, 1997, Defendant, Sherman Marshall, entered a plea of no contest to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm while in possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He also pleaded no contest to an unrelated charge of distribution of cocaine. This Court heard enough evidence to find defendant guilty of both drug charges.
