This is an action to recover damages for the breach of a written agreement for the exchange of real estate and personal property of the defendant in Sanborn ton, New Hampshire, together with “ the household furniture now in said building, except the piano, and certain furniture now packed in a certain room, and other pieces as agreed upon,” for real estate and personal property of the plaintiff, in Winthrop in this State.
