A- ’windstorm destroyed plaintiff’s mobile ' home and contents while defendánt, a common’ carrier, was transporting it in inter státe commerce.' In this action for damages a jury returned a verdict for defendant.' According to- plaintiff^ the verdict-should be vacated because of insufficient evidence, erroneous rulings on admissibility' of testimony, and denial of plaintiff’s right to begin the argument to the jury.
