This CPLR article 78 proceeding seeks to annul the decision of respondent Board of Education of the Jordan-Elbridge Central School District (hereinafter the Board) to terminate the employment of petitioner Anthony Scro as Treasurer of the Jordan-Elbridge Central School District. This matter was initially argued on November 23, 2010.
