A complaint was filed in the circuit court of Cook county to contest the last will and testament of Mathilda Ergang, and upon trial by jury a verdict was returned finding that the instrument purporting to be the will of Mathilda Ergang was not her last will and testament. Thereupon the court entered a final judgment upon the verdict in favor of the contestants, and decreed that the said purported will of Mathilda Ergang theretofore admitted to probate be set aside and declared null and void.
