This is an accelerated, interlocutory appeal1 from the granting of a temporary injunction against appellants, Ravin Shar-ma, Ashvin Dhingra, Amit Bansal, James Rew, Chemtrade Solutions, Inc. (“Chem-trade”), Yang Woo Chemical America, Inc. (‘Yang Woo”), and J & J Chemtrading, Inc. (“J & J”) in favor of appellee Vinmar International, Ltd.
