The appellant objected to a special assessment sought to be levied by the city of Chicago against its property for the cost of the paving and other improvements of certain streets on which such property was situated. The property affected by the proposed assessment consists of three lots lying on Forty-fourth street between Troy street and Kedzie avenue.
