On May 31, 1906, appellant was duly appointed by the Johnson Circuit Court as administrator of the estate of Ora L. Tjlson, deceased. He qualified and gave bond, as required by latv, and gave due notice of his appointment. On May 27, 1907, appellee filed a claim against the estate of the decedent, in the office of the clerk of the Johnson Circuit Court, and said claim was duly placed upon the claim docket of said court, as a claim against said estate. On June 3, 1907, appellant, as such administrator, noted on said docket his refusal to allow said claim, and thereupon, on the same day, filed…
