—In an action to recover damages for medical malpractice, etc., the plaintiffs appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Donovan, J.), entered June 7, 2002, as, upon granting the defendants’ motion for leave to reargue, in effect, vacated a prior order of the same court, dated February 22, 2002, denying the defendants’ cross motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to timely serve a notice of claim, and, in effect, granting those branches of the plaintiffs’ motion which were to dismiss the defendants’ first, third, and sixth…
