Movant, Dennis L. Hadley, appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion after an evidentiary hearing. Movant was convicted by a jury of second degree robbery pursuant to RSMo § 569.030 (1979) on March 3, 1983. The jury recommended a sentence of five years imprisonment and, on April 29, 1983, the circuit court imposed the jury’s recommendation. This court affirmed movant’s conviction and sentence on appeal.
