This matter is before the Court on the adversary complaint filed against Robert J. Ferrari (the "Debtor") by plaintiff David R. Brown, not individually but as the chapter 7 trustee for the Debtor's bankruptcy estate (the "Trustee"). The Trustee objects to the Debtor's discharge pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 727(a)(2)(A), (a)(3), and (a)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.1 For the reasons outlined below, the Court finds in favor of the Trustee and against the Debtor on Counts II and III of the complaint and holds that the Debtor is not entitled to a discharge…
