From my examination of the record and transcript with reference to the various enumerations of error, I find no reversible error and I would affirm the judgment.

The first enumeration of error is concerned with an objection to testimony in regard to the defendant running a red light in which the defendant moved for a mistrial. In my opinion, the trial court properly overruled the motion as the evidence was clearly admissible and relevant. Further, the sentence was not excessive with reference to the conviction of the three misdemeanors, i.e., 12 months as to Coünt 1,12 months as to Count 2 to…
