This is a citation proceeding in the estate of an incompetent. The Probate Court found respondent, James A. Felder, had received $15,650 which belonged to the incompetent, and directed respondent to deposit that amount with the clerk of the Probate Court within 10 days. Upon failure to comply with the order, the court ordered respondent committed to the county jail until such time as he purged himself of the contempt, or until the expiration of six months. Bespondent appeals.
