LARSON, Justice.

Mark Tubbs was convicted of driving while intoxicated and assaulting a police officer, in violation of Iowa Code sections 821J.2 and 708.3A (2001). He appeals, contending the district court erred in admitting evidence of his refusal to submit to a blood or urine test and in allowing improper voir dire examination by the prosecutor. He also contends his trial counsel was ineffective in failing to challenge the sufficiency of the evidence and the court’s instructions to the jury. We affirm.
