This case is before the court on certification from the court of appeals, pursuant to sec. (Rule) 809.61, Stats., and is an appeal from a judgment of the circuit court for Dane county, William C. Sachtjen, reserve circuit judge, dismissing the appellants’ complaint. The issue presented concerns the constitutionality of the statutory school finance system set forth under ch. 121, Stats.
