Tbis appeal is prosecuted from an order sustaining a general demurrer to tbe complaint and from a judgment of dismissal.

Briefly, tbe facts' set out in tbe complaint are that tbe plaintiff-appellant is a resident taxpayer of Yuma county, Arizona, and that he brings tbe suit for himself and all others similarly situated; that in 1913 tbe taxpayers of Yuma county *489voted an issue of $500,000 county road bonds; that thereafter said road bonds were sold for their face, value and accrued interest; that the board of supervisors employed a broker to assist in making the sale, to whom it paid the sum of…
