I. The Facts

Attorney Melvin Teitelbaum is corporate counsel for defendant/counter-claimant International Resort Classics (IRC) and, at all relevant times, represented IRC in the above styled litigation. See Docket No. 64 at 7-11 (Deposition of Teitelbaum). In addition to his role as counsel for IRC, Teitelbaum is the corporation’s incorporator, sole officer and sole director.
