ORDER
This is the second effort by Michael Partee to obtain relief from his sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), and distribution of a controlled substance, in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). Previously, in a nonprecedential order, we affirmed Partee’s conviction but vacated his sentence and remanded the case for resen-tencing. See United States v.
