Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Dier, J.), entered January 22, 1991 in Washington County, which partially dismissed petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to compel respondents to release certain documents requested under the Freedom of Information Law.
