This appeal is prosecuted to review a decree of the circuit court of Champaign county sustaining the will of Sophia Dodson, deceased.
Sophia Dodson died at Champaign, Illinois, October 7, 1917, seized of three pieces of real estate located in that city and possessed of a small amount of personal prop-; erty.
