This is an appeal involving a foreclosure of mechanics’ liens on real estate belonging to appellants.
On April 28, 1923, the appellants entered into a written contract with one Frank G. Wall, a general contractor, by which contract Wall agreed to erect for appellants, for the sum of $43,475, an apartment building in the city of Hammond, and to furnish all material and labor necessary to the construction thereof.
