OPINION
MANNHEIMER, Judge.
In September 2005, Carry Eugene Short-hill led the Anchorage police on a strange, low-speed car chase on the Glenn Highway. Based on this incident, Shorthill was conviet-ed of felony eluding and third-degree assault (for placing one of the pursuing officers in fear of imminent serious physical injury).
