Edward Werner, a distributee of the testatrix above named, by order to show cause dated May 12, *10881959, has petitioned for an order to vacate a decree of probate of this court which was granted on January 15,-1959. The respondents are the executors named in the last Avill and testament of Irene M. Habermehl, the testatrix.
