Tom Arado brought an action of forcible detainer against Peter Maharis and Frank Geller to recover possession of the premises known as No. 4800 West North avenue, Chicago. Afterwards James Yourlitis was made an additional party defendant. The case was tried before the court without a jury and there was a finding that defendants were guilty of unlawfully withholding from the plaintiff the possession of the premises in question and judgment was entered on the finding.
