The Chancellor:

This is a bill filed by the cesuti que trust to set aside an alleged fraudulent conveyance by the trustees under the will of Hugh Martin, Sr., deceased, and for an accounting. The bill was filed on the 22d day of January, A. D. 1897, and an appearance was duly entered for Edward L. Martin, surviving trustee under said will, and an appearance was subsequently entered for Willie M. Ross. On the 27th day of September, A.
