Memorandum: This is an action for money damages for breach of an employment contract, dated March 19, 1979, which provided, in relevant part, that for the period April 1, 1979 to October 31, 1979 plaintiff would serve as manager of defendant’s bar and would be paid $250 per week. The issue presented on appeal is whether defendant was empowered to terminate plaintiff’s employment under a provision of the agreement as follows: “This contract shall remain in force for as long as the performance of the operation is satisfactory.” Plaintiff testified that…
