The report of the viewers having been filed at the July term, eighteen hundred and ninety-one, of the county court, it is contended that no remonstrance thereto filed after the case was remanded could be properly considered by the court. The record shows that the report of the viewers was read for the first time on July seventh, eighteen hundred and ninety-two, at which time the remonstrances were filed.
