LESTER, Judge.
This is an appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict in an action to quiet title to real property.
J.K. Arnett died testate on October 4, 1972, having drafted a holographic will replete with mistakes and erasures, and it is one of those erasures that serves as the basis of this litigation. The will was admitted to probate, but due to the fact that the county clerk had no photocopying machine *852the will was typed in the Will Book and in so doing, the name of Wonita (the testator consistently misspelled Juanita) was transposed to Wanda.
