OPINION BY

TAMILIA, J.:

¶ 1 Timothy McCalman appeals from the November 29, 2000 aggregate judgment of sentence of seventy-seven (77) to one hundred fifty-four (154) months incarceration imposed subsequent to a jury trial during which appellant was found guilty of two counts of aggravated assault, 1 three counts of terroristic threats, 2 four counts of recklessly endangering another person (REAP) 3 and one count of criminal mischief. 4 We note also that the trial court found appellant guilty of the summary offenses of criminal mischief (two counts) and driving while under suspension (one count).…
