In this criminal case, die Commonwealth moved to nolle prosequi the various charges against the Defendant. Defendant objected, and the Court granted leave to brief the issues. After reviewing the submissions by the parties, the Court concludes that the Commonwealth’s motion should be granted in part and denied in part.
