This is an action of ejectment, brought in the’ circuit court for Crawford county, Wisconsin, to recover 80 acres of land, to-wit, the S. £ of N. W. J of section 32, town 11, range 6 west, being in Crawford county. Defence, adverse possession under the statute. The case was removed to this court on application of the plaintiff, and a jury waived by stipulation of the parties.
