Under attack are the three Wisconsin statutes that require motorcycle operators to (1) wear protection for their eyes; (2) equip their motorcycles with handlebars that rise no more than 15 inches above the driver’s seat; (3) wear protective headgear.

We do not deal here with the wisdom or lack of wisdom of these three legislative enactments.
