Christina Thomas appeals from judgment and sentences entered upon her convictions for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, child endangerment, and delivery of a controlled substance. She contends the trial court erred in admitting evidence that she refused consent to search her home after arrest; that trial counsel was ineffective in not arguing the admission of her refusal to consent denied her a fair trial; that the court erred in allowing hearsay evidence; and that there was insufficient evidence to sustain the child endangerment conviction.
