Aaron Allen appeals as of right from a Judgment of the Kenton Circuit Court convicting him of wanton murder, in violation of Kentucky Revised Statute (KRS) 507.020(Z )(b), and sentencing him in accord with the jury’s recommendation to thirty years in prison. The jury found Allen guilty of killing his girlfriend’s three-month old son, Robert Ross, Jr., under circumstances manifesting aggravated wantonness.
