MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

ELLEN SEGAL HUVELLE, District Judge.

Before the Court are two motions: (1) defendant Price’s motion to sever his case from that of the other defendants, or in the alternative, to sever certain counts in the indictment and (2) defendants’ motion to suppress the evidence obtained through electronic surveillance conducted on a telephone belonging to defendant Suggs.
